In celebration of THE JOURNAL re-brand in 2021, the title kicked-off with two covers, inviting AHFA Australian Hairdresser of the Year 2020, Jamie Furlan to collaborate across a 20-page editorial spread – as powered by L’Oréal Professionnel.

The concept ‘Punk is Freedom’ was built by M DIVISION’s Creative Director to define a resistance to the world’s heavy regulations at the time, and manifested a surge in unchained artistry across all creative elements.
